Dres-Boutique offers exchanges on all items, except sale items and items specified as non-returnable.

How to Request an Exchange 如何申请换货

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel to request an exchange.
2. Send the item back within the 5-day period, together with the purchase invoice. Please send us the courier tracking information once the parcel is on its way.
3. We receive and check your return. Our customer care team will notify you once the returned item is received, and notification will be sent via email.
4. Your exchange is processed, typically within 3–4 working days of receiving the return.

Return Conditions 退换货条件

• All items returned for exchange must be in new and original condition, with the label/tag intact, and unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• All returns must include the purchase invoice. If you have lost your purchase invoice, please contact Dres-Boutique customer care.
• All returns remain the buyer's responsibility until they reach Dres-Boutique. Buyers are advised to send us the courier tracking information once the parcel has been sent.

Category (i) · 不满意商品

Return of Unsatisfactory Items 尺码不合退换

Items returned for the following reason fall under the Return of Unsatisfactory Items category, and all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by the buyer:

• The size does not fit the buyer.

If the returned/purchased item is out of stock in other sizes or colors, the buyer may choose to:

1. Exchange it for another item of equivalent value, or top up the difference for an item of higher value; or
2. Convert the item's value into store credit for future purchases with Dres-Boutique.

Strictly no cash refunds.

Each purchased item is entitled to one (1) exchange only. Exchanged items are not eligible for another return or exchange.

Please Note 温馨提示

• Item colors may vary due to studio lighting. Slight color differences between the actual item and the image are not considered defects.
• Actual item measurements may vary by 1–2cm due to differences in material and measuring methods. Such variations are not considered defects. We encourage buyers to compare the size guide with their existing clothing for a more accurate fit.

Category (ii) · 瑕疵商品

Return of Defective Items 瑕疵商品退换

Items returned for the following reasons will be deemed defective, and all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by Dres-Boutique:

• The item is torn.
• The item is stained (stain equal to or larger than a 20-cent coin).

All defective items must be verified by Dres-Boutique before an exchange is processed.

If the returned/purchased item is out of stock in other sizes or colors, the buyer may choose to:

1. Exchange it for another item of equivalent value, or top up the difference for an item of higher value; or
2. Retain store credit for future purchases with Dres-Boutique.

Strictly no cash refunds.

For returns due to other reasons not listed above, please contact Dres-Boutique customer care for assistance. Dres-Boutique reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the return policy criteria.

For Singaporean customers who have purchased pre-order items, or whose items are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we apologise and aim to ship all items together. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

Postage Policy 邮费说明

• FREE DELIVERY is valid for a one-time purchase only. Additional purchases made separately will incur a postage fee of RM80 per parcel.
