Our Terms 本店条款

1. Set Items

   Outfits that come as a set must be purchased as a set and are not sold separately. However, you may choose different sizes for the top and bottom.

   套装一定要成套购买，不分开单卖，但上下可以拿不同码数。

2. Pre-Order Items

   Once a pre-order item is purchased, the order is considered final and cannot be changed midway.

   所有预购一旦下单即为最终订单（final order），不允许中途更改订单。

3. Size Exchange

   Within three days of receiving your purchase, we accept a one-time exchange for size only. Design changes are not allowed. The customer is responsible for the return postage, and we will cover the postage for the second shipment to the customer within Malaysia.

   收到产品三天内，接受免费换码数一次，不接受换款式。发回的邮费由顾客负责，第二次发货的邮费由本公司负责。

4. Product Information & Payment

   Our official website displays all the necessary product information, including prices, details and measurements. If you wish to pay by credit card or PayPal, you may purchase via our official website, www.dresboutique.com.

   所有商品的价格、细节和码数均列于官网。如想使用信用卡（credit card）或 PayPal 付款，可在官网 www.dresboutique.com 选购。

5. Sale Items

   Sale items cannot be exchanged for a different size or design.

   特价商品（Sales item）不接受更换码数或款式。

6. Ready Stock

   We do not take pre-orders, as all items are ready stock. Items will not be restocked once sold out.

   本店商品都是现货，不接受预购、预留。货品一旦售完，一概不补货。

7. No Returns for Personal Reasons

   Once you have received your items, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for "personal reasons", such as "I don't like it", "It doesn't fit well after some time", "I won't wear it" or "I don't feel like wearing it anymore".

   收到货品后，不接受任何个人理由的退货或换货（如：不喜欢／不适合／不会穿）。

8. Our Store

   We currently have only one store, in Melaka Raya, Melaka. Opening hours are 11.30am – 7.30pm. We recommend calling or WhatsApping us before visiting. Walk-ins are available after 2pm.

   本公司目前唯一一间店铺位于 Melaka Raya, Melaka，每日营业时间 11.30am – 7.30pm。建议预约（appointment），2.30pm 后可直接到店（walk in）。

9. No Custom-Made Orders

   We do not provide customised clothing, as we only make garments according to our own size chart and designs. However, we allow minor size alterations, with no change to the style/design or fabric. Once an item has been altered, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

   本公司不是定制店，不接受按顾客提供的码数或个人喜好订制服饰。顾客只能在我们现有码数的基础上选择码数，并进行小范围修改：不做大改动、不改变款式、不改变布料。衣物一旦修改，不做退换。
